Who we are

RECESS reinvents the art of Social Sauna. Born from a deep desire to improve overall well-being in the heart of the cities, the founding team of RECESS set out on a mission to create human-scale neighborhood saunas, offering the perfect space to recover efficiently. Our guides welcome visitors through a collection of guided and non-guided thermal experiences that promote deep relaxation of both body and mind.
